With THN partners, especially with the Hague University of Applied Sciences and Derby University, TAMK is involved in implementing one Horizon Europe Research Innovation Action project called YOUROPE, as well as preparing project proposals for Horizon Europe and Gateway Europe.

During the THN Board meeting call in September, it was agreed to pursue submitting a proposal for The Hague Network Board to the 2025 EAIE Conference. Jackie van Marle submitted a session proposal with the title: “Strategic Leadership in International education: Navigating Government Relations and Sector Engagement Across Europe”.

The Hague Network held a productive online Board meeting, moderated by Arend Hardorff (THUAS), and included Ari Sivula (TAMK); Juan Perez-Miranda (UFV); Tatiana Zimenkova (HSRW); and Petr Suchy (MUNI). The session began with an introduction and a tour de table, allowing board members to share updates and pressing issues from their institutions. Key topics of discussion included enhancing the network’s digital transformation, sustainability efforts, and leveraging European Union policies and funding for growth.
